Way to go Tim Hortons!

Needing to kill some time the other morning with my daughter, we somehow found ourselves by Tim Hortons. Not having gone there for a while, I thought, "Why not?"

OK. OKAY... I actually thought, "Yuuummm.... doughnut." But I digress.

The point was that when I went to toss our trash, I found this pasted on the garbage.


I wasn't even allowed to throw out my trash! This method forced me to go over and "meet" their new recylcing bin, and I did my best to recycle everything possible.

Now, I'm not sure what Tim Horton's ecological footprint is, but this impressed me as being a very proactive and cool way to work sustainability into the modern marketplace.
